7 Cow’s Milk Alternatives, from Yogurt to Ice Cream, That Taste Amazing

Like many moms, I’d do anything for my baby — even radically change my diet while breastfeeding to accommodate her oddball food intolerance. OK, so an dogmatism to dairy is not that weird, though it was arrange of abrasive since I was already a vegetarian, and dairy had been my primary source of protein until a day we found out about my daughter’s cow’s divert protein allergy. 


It all started when we found bloody poop in my 1-month-old’s diaper, that totally freaked me out.  I was so relieved when my alloy pronounced it wasn’t critical — only a cow’s divert protein allergy. Although my daughter was exclusively breastfed, she was supportive to a proteins in any cow’s divert products we consumed.
